The Adventure Pass is exclusive to the Pass Holder(s) herein described and, therefore, the Adventure Passes are not transferable under any circumstances, voluntarily or involuntarily. Any Pass Holder transferring or attempting to transfer, voluntarily or involuntarily, their Adventure Pass shall be in default under this Agreement, shall have his or her Adventure Pass revoked, and the transfer or attempted transfer shall be null and void and of no legal effect. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “transfer” shall mean any direct or indirect sale, exchange, transfer, assignment, or other disposition, whether voluntary or involuntary.

Suspension, Reinstatement. Any repeated violation or willful abuse of Pass Holder(s)’s obligations under this Agreement may result in suspension of Adventure Pass privileges.
